This week, I previewed exclusively my next album to one of the first buyers of my 1st album \u00ab\u00a0ROBOTIC HYPNOTIC\u00a0\u00bb and after listening to track 10 of the next album, he told me \u00ab\u00a0This track is amazing. I want to buy it so badly. When will you publish your next album ?\u00a0\u00bb and he was really so upset that the considered released date of my next album was as late as February 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He then told me verbatim \u00ab\u00a0I can’t wait that long to have it ! Can’t you publish your next album sooner ?\u00a0\u00bb so he made me think, I must admit. You probably will understand his enthusiasm about this track when you will be able to listen to it yourself because it’s pretty amazing to be honest. It’s true. I know it. lol<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not to be presomptuous but when I create a song I’m not always certain how it will be received. The truth is an artist can never really tell. But they are some songs that really stand out, even from the first time you listen to them in full. And this is one of the rare tracks that I knew inside, from the get go, that it has the potential to become a massive hit, if promoted decently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I can feel it in my gut every time I listen to it and every time someone listens to it, the reaction is pretty much the same about this track every time : surprise and enthusiasm, so… sometimes a gut feeling never lies, I guess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At first, as I wrote it here, I thought about releasing a single every 2 months and an album each year. But it’s true that I have so much tracks already recorded (26 10-track albums worth of material actually but to be completely honest it’s mostly the last 8 albums I’m really very proud of) so…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have reconsidered my discography’s original plan of release. So from now on, you will get from THE EDIT KING : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est quand qu’il sortira ton prochain album ?\u00a0\u00bb et il a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7u et ennuy\u00e9 quand je lui ai dit que la date de sortie pr\u00e9vue pour mon prochain album \u00e9tait en principe, assez tard, pour le mois de F\u00e9vrier 2023 en fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n C’est alors qu’il m’a dit \u00ab\u00a0Je pourrais jamais attendre aussi longtemps, il me le faut ce morceau-l\u00e0. Tu ne pourrais pas sortir ton nouvel album beaucoup plus t\u00f4t ? ce qui m’a fait longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, je dois l’admettre. Vous comprendrez mieux sans doute son enthousiasme \u00e0 propos de ce morceau lorsque vous serez en mesure de l’\u00e9couter vous-m\u00eame car c’est un titre assez \u00e9patant pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, c’et vrai. J’en sais quelque chose, ah ah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Je ne voudrais pas para\u00eetre pr\u00e9tentieux \u00e0 cause de ma derni\u00e8re remarque plus haut mais lorsque je cr\u00e9\u00e9 un nouveau morceau, je ne suis jamais certain si sa r\u00e9ception sera bonne ou pas. La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 c’est qu’un artiste n’est jamais s\u00fbr de rien \u00e0 ce niveau-l\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Pourtant, il y a des titres, tr\u00e8s rares, qui vraiment vous semblent sortir du lot d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 vous \u00eates en mesure de l’\u00e9couter en entier. Et ce fameux morceau est parmi ceux-l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je savais int\u00e9rieurement presque d\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation qu’il a le potentiel pour devenir un hit \u00e9norme s’il \u00e9tait promu correctement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Je ressens cette certitude int\u00e9rieure \u00e0 chaque fois que je l’\u00e9coute et \u00e0 chaque fois que je le fais \u00e9couter \u00e0 quelqu’un d’autre, la r\u00e9action est presque toujours la m\u00eame : surprise et enthousiasme. Donc je peux dire que ce que l’on sent en son fort int\u00e9rieur ne ment jamais, je pense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Comme je l’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9crit sur ce site, au d\u00e9part, je pensais sortir un single tous les 2 mois et un nouvel album chaque ann\u00e9e. Mais c’est vrai que j’ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 tellement de titres \u00e9crits (26 albums d’une dizaine de titres chacun en fait mais pour \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement honn\u00eate, je ne suis pleinement satisfait que des 8 derniers albums), donc… <\/p>\n\n\n\n Je viens de reconsid\u00e9rer mon plan original des sorties de disques de ma discographie.
