On friday, febuary 27th 2026, \u00ab Something\u2019s Wrong \u00bb the 1st single taken from the soon coming 10th album : \u00ab RED SUN \u00bb was released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First single and first track that starts the 10th album, \u00ab Something\u2019s Wrong \u00bb is very dramatic, very 80’s industrial sounding track. It was inspired by Depeche Mode 3rd and 4th album with their industrial and experimental sound \u00ab Construction Time Again \u00bb and \u00ab Some Great Reward \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would say I managed to achieve this kind of excellence but at least, I tried to and that was clearly my goal. The beautiful sounds came from the software Serum by Xfer Records : first time I tried it and boy what a wonderful result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 7 minute extended dance mix is epic and I loved making it \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb having great sounds and powerful drums, I loved playing with them a little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a 6 minutes version that might be released at a later date. At first there was not going to be a single remix but more than a year after the album version I made one with just a few alterations. The 6 minutes extended remix takes advantage of the single remix alterations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this 10th album \u00ab\u00a0RED SUN\u00a0\u00bb which will be released shortly, I didn’t just wrote 11 tracks, I wrote 16. 5 of them will feature on the 5 singles to come, taken from this album. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Are You Alright ?\u00a0\u00bb is one of the extra 5 tracks. It was made right from the start specifically to be the extra-track of the \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb’s single.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought it was funny to ask \u00ab\u00a0Are You Alright ?\u00a0\u00bb right after \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb. It makes sense, you know, ah ah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premier single et premier titre qui commence le 10\u00e8me album \u00ab Something\u2019s Wrong \u00bb est un titre dramatique au son ann\u00e9es 80 tr\u00e8s industriel qui m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9 par les albums 3 et 4 de Depeche Mode \u00ab Contruction Time Again \u00bb et \u00ab Some Great Reward \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bien s\u00fbr je ne dirais pas que j’ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 m’approcher de leur excellence mais au moins j’ai essay\u00e9 et tel \u00e9tait mon but. Les tr\u00e8s beaux sons viennent du logiciel VST de musique appel\u00e9 Serum de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Xfer Records. C’est ma premi\u00e8re fois dans ma musique que j’utilise leurs sons et mec, le r\u00e9sultat est juste magnifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La version extended dance mix de 7 minutes est absolument \u00e9pique. \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb ayant des sons incroyables et une batterie puissante, j’ai ador\u00e9 m’amuser un peu avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il existe aussi un remix de 6 minutes qui sortira sans doute un peu plus tard. Au d\u00e9part je ne pensais pas faire une version single diff\u00e9rente mais un an apr\u00e8s avoir compos\u00e9 la version album j’ai fait une nouvelle version courte avec quelques petites diff\u00e9rences. La version longue de 6 minutes comporte \u00e9galement ces petites diff\u00e9rences de la version single remix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour ce 10\u00e8me album \u00ab\u00a0RED SUN\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 para\u00eetre prochainement je ne me suis pas content\u00e9 d’\u00e9crire les 11 titres qui le composent, j’ai d’embl\u00e9e \u00e9crit 16 morceaux dont les 5 morceaux restants figureront sur les 5 singles \u00e0 paraitre extraits de cet album.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Are You Alright\u00a0\u00bb est un de ces 5 titres. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit d’embl\u00e9e pour \u00eatre la face B de \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb. En plus je trouvais dr\u00f4le et logique qu’apr\u00e8s un titre qui s’appelle \u00ab\u00a0Something\u2019s Wrong\u00a0\u00bb (quelque chose ne va pas) de demander dans le morceau suivant \u00ab\u00a0Are You Alright ?\u00a0\u00bb (est-ce que \u00e7a va ?), ah ah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
