My 8th album \u00ab\u00a0DISCO INFINITO\u00a0\u00bb was released on Friday, April 4th 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This album was mainly written in 2022. It could have been in fact my second album and be released right after my first album \u00ab\u00a0ROBOTIC HYPNOTIC\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the sleeve sporting an infinite sign which looks like a number 8, I thought it would be more fun if it was saved for my 8th album, so I did it. It seemed the logical thing to do, doesn’t it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this album I wanted a new sound, still electronic like the 7th album but with better sounds. So I stopped using free vst and softwares and my usual softs like FL Studio and used PreSonus Studio One instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result was more powerful drums and better sounds, still electronic but maybe a little bit more profesionnally sounding. First track \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Luck\u00a0\u00bb is the perfect example of more powerful drums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studio One being used by a lot of professional american producers like Teddy Riley or Rodney \u00ab\u00a0Darkchild\u00a0\u00bb Jenkins who produced legendeary artists (Michael Jackson, Beyonc\u00e9, the Spice Girls, etc.) the album was clearly a step ahead of my previous efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Infinite Loss\u00a0\u00bb perfect and lush sounds which reminded me of old Spice Girls songs like \u00ab\u00a0Holler\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0Lead Love Lead The Way\u00a0\u00bb, I liked this soft but lush sounding track. I would never produced a track like that before that’s for sure. I clearly wouldn’t be able to afford it. Now I can. And I’m glad about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This album is a concept album where all the tracks start by the word \u00ab\u00a0Infinite\u00a0\u00bb, including b-sides and extra-tracks for the whole project. It was a challenge lyrics-wise but I love a good challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazing tracks on this album includes \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Love\u00a0\u00bb and it’s amazing drum track which reminds me of old Madonna stuff like \u00ab\u00a0Into The Groove\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Rats\u00a0\u00bb and it’s amazing hard dance atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a lot of dance songs on this album. That’s why it is called \u00ab\u00a0DISCO INFINITO\u00a0\u00bb, a nod to Kylie Minogue’s album \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Disco\u00a0\u00bb even though I thought about my album’s name first right back in 2022 but I clearly thought about Kylie or Kim Wilde’s music when I was writing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Infinite Stan\u00a0\u00bb & \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Star\u00a0\u00bb are almost techno music but the rest is clearly music for discos. Even though there are 2 exceptions to that rule : \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Loss\u00a0\u00bb with its softness and \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Wisdom\u00a0\u00bb my favorite track on this album.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact this album is so good that i wouldn’t be surprised for it to have more than 5 singles like my 2nd album \u00ab\u00a0SOLAR LIVES\u00a0\u00bb did. It is that good and I’m very proud of it. I hope everyone will likes it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The persons who listened to that album before its release told me they thought about Duran Duran when listening to the track \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Vibe\u00a0\u00bb and to Jean-Michel Jarre when listening to \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Wisdom\u00a0\u00bb. I graciously accept these flattering statements as I really like these artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next album will be almost exclusively techno-dance music, this is maybe my last album for everyone (the general public I mean) in a while. There are different styles on it, it’s almost like a compilation more than an album. If could like one song and not like the next. But it will surprise everyone I think, that’s for sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet album a \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit en 2022. Il aurait pu \u00eatre mon 2\u00e8me album et sortir toute de suite apr\u00e8s mon 1er disque : \u00ab\u00a0ROBOTIC HYPNOTIC\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais la pochette comportant un signe de l’infini, qui ressemble \u00e0 un chiffre 8 renvers\u00e9, j’ai trouv\u00e9 que ce serait encore plus dr\u00f4le si je gardais ce disque pour qu’il soit mon 8\u00e8me album au bout du compte, logique quoi, non ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour ce nouvel album, je voulais un nouveau style de son, toujours electronique comme l’album pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent mais avec des sons de meilleure qualit\u00e9. Aussi, je n’ai plus utilis\u00e9 de vst ou de logiciels gratuits, ni mon soft pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 FL Studio mais j’ai plut\u00f4t utilis\u00e9 PreSonus Studio One \u00e0 la place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le resultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 des batteries plus puissants et de meilleurs sons, toujours \u00e9lectroniques mais avec un son et une ambiance plus professionnelle. Le premier titre de cet album \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Luck\u00a0\u00bb est d’ailleurs l’exemple parfait de ces batteries plus puissantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le logiciel musical Studio One a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 par des professionnels comme les producteurs am\u00e9ricains tels que Teddy Riley ou Rodney \u00ab\u00a0Darkchild\u00a0\u00bb Jenkins qui ont produit des artistes l\u00e9gendaires (Michael Jackson, Beyonc\u00e9, les Spice Girls, etc.) du coup cet album est clairement un progr\u00e8s par rapports \u00e0 mes albums pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les sons parfaits et lanscinants de \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Loss\u00a0\u00bb me rappellent d’anciens titres des Spice Girls comme \u00ab\u00a0Holler\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Lead Love Lead The Way\u00a0\u00bb, j’aime la douceur et la subtilit\u00e9 des sons utilis\u00e9s dans ce morceau. Je n’aurais jamais pu faire un morceau comme celui-l\u00e0 auparavant, je n’en aurais pas eu les moyens. Aujourd’hui, je les ai. Et j’en suis heureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cet album est un album concept o\u00f9 tous les titres commencent par le mot \u00ab\u00a0infinite\u00a0\u00bb (=infini), y compris les face B et les titres bonus qui vont parsemer cette nouvelle p\u00e9riode. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un vrai challenge au niveau des paroles. Mais j’aime bien les nouveaux challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les titres fabuleux de cet album comprennent \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Love\u00a0\u00bb et sa batterie fabuleuse qui me rappelle un peu d’anciens titres de Madonna comme \u00ab\u00a0Into The Groove\u00a0\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Rats\u00a0\u00bb et son atmosphere super dance et furieusement \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de titre dance dans cet album. C’est pourquoi il s’appelle \u00ab\u00a0DISCO INFINITO\u00a0\u00bb un client \u00e0 l’album de Kylie Minogue \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Disco\u00a0\u00bb m\u00eame si j’avais pens\u00e9 \u00e0 ce titre avant elle puisque ma d\u00e9cision d’utiliser ce titre remonte \u00e0 d\u00e9but 2022 mais j’ai clairement pens\u00e9 \u00e0 Kylie Minogue ou la musique de Kim Wilde quand j’\u00e9crivais ce disque. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Infinite Stan\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Star\u00a0\u00bb sont m\u00eame presque des titres techno mais le reste des titres est clairement orient\u00e9 musique pour les discoth\u00e8ques. M\u00eame si il y a 2 exceptions notables \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle dans ce disque que sont les titres \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Loss\u00a0\u00bb avec sa douceur et \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Wisdom\u00a0\u00bb mon titre pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de l’album.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En fait je trouve cet album si bon que je ne serais pas surpris qu’il g\u00e9n\u00e8re plus des 5 singles habituels comme avait pu le faire mon 2\u00e8me album \u00ab\u00a0SOLAR LIVES\u00a0\u00bb. Oui, pour moi cet album est si bon que \u00e7a. J’esp\u00e8re que tout le monde l’aimera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les personnes ayant \u00e9cout\u00e9 l’album avant sa sortie m’ont dit avoir pens\u00e9 \u00e0 Duran Duran en \u00e9coutant le titre \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Vibe\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e0 Jean-Michel Jarre en \u00e9coutant le titre \u00ab\u00a0Infinite Wisdom\u00a0\u00bb, j’accepte avec plaisir ces comparaisons tr\u00e8s flateuses car j’aime bien ces artistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon prochain album sera clairement presque exclusivement orient\u00e9 techno-dance alors cet album \u00ab\u00a0DISCO INFINITO\u00a0\u00bb est peut-\u00eatre mon dernier album grand public pour un bon moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il comprend tellement de styles diff\u00e9rents que les personnes qui l’\u00e9coutent pourraient potentiellement aimer un titre et ne pas aimer le suivant tellement cet album sonne plus comme une compilation que comme un album traditionnel avec une ambiance unifi\u00e9e. Mais cet album surprendra beaucoup de monde, \u00e7a j’en suis s\u00fbr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
