On Friday, July 19th 2024 CD2 of single 31 \u00ab Serenity \u00bb was released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It contains the following remixes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

02. SERENITY extended rest mix 5:30
03. SERENITY extended zen mix 8:16

\u00ab Serenity \u00bb was one of my favorite tracks of this album so making all these remixes was essential to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But even after making remixes 2, 3 and 4 I still wasn’t satisfied with the result. So I asked a friend of mine to make remix 5. And still I wasn’t satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe because he kinda annihilated the drums which I thought was an essential element of this track. So after that I decided to make a brand new remix completely different with dance elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And even if I was satisfied with remix 1, I thought it was a little bit too long so I finally got satisfied with its short version available on CD1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Serenity \u00bb est un de mes titres pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de cet alb<\/span>um. Aussi produire tous ces remixes \u00e9tait essentiel pour moi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’essayais toujours de faire mieux. Et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir fait les remixes 2, 3 et 4 je n’\u00e9tais pas satisfait. Aussi j’ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 un de mes amis de produire le remix 5 et m\u00eame l\u00e0 encore je n’\u00e9tais toujours pas satisfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les effets qu’il ajout\u00e9 sur les sons sont tr\u00e8s chouettes mais j’\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s frustr\u00e9 qu’il ait presque annihil\u00e9 la batterie qui est pour moi, un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels de ce titre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aussi ensuite je tentais de faire une version dance compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente. Elle, a tourn\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement comme je le voulais, m\u00eame si je trouvais la version longue, un peu trop longue mais du coup, je suis tr\u00e8s satisfait de la version courte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
